CFDFW is dedicated to partner with other organizations in order to provide the best service possible to its community members.  CFDFW will assist all individuals with their needs. We have the Learning Network Center for non-traditional alternative elementary school classes.  Some of the services our collabarating partners provide are:

Energy Bills Assistance/Low Income Heating Assistance

CFDFW has partnered with CEDA to offer our community members in assistance to apply for assistance for their gas and light bills (LIHEAP).  The LIHEAP is designed to assist eligible low-income households pay for winter energy services, int he form of one-time payments to utility companies that are applied directly to the household's energy bills.  Illinois Home Weatherization Assistance Program is a year-round program that uses state-of-the-art technology to make homes more energy-efficient for qualifying low-income residents living in Chicago and suburban Cook County.
