 DUI SERVICES

CFDFW goals are to assist the Illinois court system to improve the public safety by: reducing recidivism; reducing drug addiction and drug dependency among offenders; reducing crime, reducing drug-related court workloads; increasing personal, family, and societal accountability among offenders; and promote effective planning and use of resources among the criminal justice system and community agencies.  Our prices are the lowest in the Westside community.  Our staff is licensed and professional to provide you with excellent and affordable services.

The term DUI (Driving Under the Influence”) refers to the legal offense of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated by alcohol or other drugs that impair a motorist’s driving ability.  Anyone arrested in Illinois on a DUI offense must complete an Alcohol and Drug Evaluation and complete a remedial education, intervention or treatment program in order to retain or regain his or her driving privileges.*

Campaign for a Drug Free Westside is licensed by the Illinois Department of Alcohol and Substance Abuse (DASA) to provide DUI related services:

  • DUI Evaluation

  • DUI Risk Education

  • DUI Early Intervention

CFDFW can save you time and money and can assist you in getting a Drivers Permit.  Anyone arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs (DUI) must undergo an alcohol and drug evaluation before a Judicial Driving Permit (JDP) can be granted by the Court.  Sentencing can occur for the DUI offense or Restricted or Full driving privileges can be granted by the Office of the Secretary of State.

When the evaluation is completed, a classification and a recommendation will be determined by the evaluator and recorded on the Alcohol and Drug Uniform Report form for the Court or the Office of the Secretary of State.  This form will then be sent to the Court or given to You to take to the Office of the Secretary of State for the driver's license hearing. *See DUI Evaluations

The classification will be one of the following:

  • Minimal Risk
  • Moderate Risk
  • Significant Risk
  • High Risk
